About Poppy
Hi, I’m Poppy.
I have five years experience in administrative and operational roles, including three years at a health and wellness retreat centre.
I began there as a Business Administrator Apprentice and, after qualifying, progressed into the role of Operations Team Leader and Head of Events and Retreats.
During this time, I gained hands-on experience coordinating travel, managing events, organising and hosting retreats for high-profile guests and overseeing day-to-day operations. I was responsible for ensuring everything ran smoothly, from logistics and scheduling, to regular updates of key information, all whilst briefing senior management.
I’m naturally organised, detail focused and calm under pressure. I take pride in creating structure when work appears complicated. I understand the difference it makes to have someone who is proactive and reliable, and who can be trusted to keep all on track.
As I’ve progressed in my career, I now offer my services as an Executive and Private PA, supporting busy professionals who want to regain valuable time by confidently delegating their day-to-day responsibilities. My approach is simple; to provide calm, capable and discreet support that fits seamlessly with your business life.
Outside of work, I'm never too far from a good coffee and cake, because even the most organised days deserve a little balance!
